Shipping

All goods purchased via rizata.com are dispatched by an express courier service directly to your door within 48 hours after receiving your order and confirming availability by e-mail or telephone.

The address you indicate in your order will be considered as your delivery address. Please inform us (by telephone or email) about the address you would like your items to be delivered to. If you would like your parcel to be delivered at a particular time please specify this in the comment box on the shipping form provided.

For all deliveries in Bulgaria the delivery charges are 5 BGN and include the delivery company fee ( VAT incl.) and insurance. They will be added to the price of the goods. For the rest of the world the charges will be added to the price of the goods and payment is required in advance. Please ask for more information. Under circumstances when we are not able to dispatch your order on time we will inform you immediately.

Method of payments,

All prices are quoted in Bulgarian Lev (BGN), Euro or US Dollars. You can chose one of the following methods of payment:

 Cash on delivery – when you receive the parcel the express delivery company will collect the money (Bulgaria only).

For presents (i.e. if the recipient is different from the person placing the order) we require payment in advance.

Returns

You can return goods purchased from rizata.com within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they have not been used and labels have not been removed. You can receive an exchange or refund. When you choose the former option you will not have to pay the delivery charges again. In case you would like a refund please send us your bank account details since all the transactions will be made through bank transfer.
